  • Where are my belongings cleaned?
    We have partnerships with expert laundry facilities across the Auckland. We have close relationships with all of our cleaning partners and work together to bring you the best service possible.
  • How does CleanCloud NZ work?
    Everything is very easy! Simply select the required service and choose the dates for the collection & delivery, leaving any instructions for the driver - we'll take care of everything else!
  • What's the turnaround time?
    Our turnaround time is 24-48 hours depends on the location of the customers. For example, if we pick up your laundry at 2 pm on Monday, we will drop it off at 2 pm on Tuesday/Wednesday . You can also request same-day-return, which will be accommodated at an extra charge.
  • What happens if one of my items goes missing?
    Your clothes are in safe hands and cases of missing items are extremely rare – but we understand it’s a natural point of concern. We have strict procedures to follow if our customers are missing items. In this unlikely event, we will carry out a full investigation to find out what happened. Please email to report the issue, with further details and pictures of the item, if available. Please note that we’d require customers to get in notify us within 48hrs from the delivery date. At the end of the investigation, if we aren’t able to locate your items, we’ll reimburse you in accordance with our compensation policy. Please refer to the T&Cs for more details.
  • What if I'm not at home during collection or delivery?
    Not a problem. If you won't be at home during delivery, you can use our live chat service on our website to simply reschedule or instruct the driver to leave your items in a safe place or at a reception if you have one. You can also always contact our Customer support team to get help.
