How does laundry pickup and delivery work in Auckland?
Book online in about 60 seconds, choose a two-hour pickup window, and leave your bag at the door. We collect anywhere within 30km of the Auckland CBD, wash and dry everything separately, then return it to your doorstep — next day as standard.
How much does laundry pickup and delivery cost?
Wash, dry and return starts at $27 per bag. Folding is $15.00 and same-day delivery is $20.00. You see the full price, including GST, before you confirm the booking — no surprise charges.
When can you pick up my laundry?
Pickups run 8am–4pm, seven days a week, in two-hour slots: 8–10am, 10am–12pm, 12–2pm and 2–4pm. Book before 9am and we can collect the same day; the 8–10am slot also unlocks same-day return.
Do you offer same-day laundry service in Auckland?
Yes. Choose the 8–10am pickup slot and add same-day delivery for $20.00 — your laundry is back the same evening.

Can you wash duvets, pillows and bulky bedding?
Yes. Duvet inners, blankets, pillows and full bedding sets go through commercial-capacity machines and dryers, and can be added to the same booking as your everyday bags.
What detergents do you use? Can I choose?
We use plant-based, hypoallergenic detergents and cold-wash cycles as standard, which are safe for sensitive skin and babies. Tell us in the booking notes if you'd like fragrance-free, non-bio or a specific wash temperature.
How do I track my order?
Every order has a live tracking page and you get an email at each step — confirmed, driver assigned, picked up, in cleaning, out for delivery and delivered. Signed-in customers can also see live status in their account.
How do I pay, and is GST included?
Pay securely by card at checkout or on delivery. All prices include 15% New Zealand GST, and you can download a compliant tax invoice from your account after each order.
What if something isn't cleaned properly?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll collect and re-clean the item free of charge under our re-clean guarantee. Our refunds policy sets out your options under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?
No. Pickup and delivery are contactless — leave your bag in a safe spot and add a drop-off note when you book. We photograph the drop and email you confirmation.
Do you service businesses, Airbnbs and gyms?
Yes. We run commercial routes for cafés, salons, clinics, gyms and short-stay accommodation with scheduled collections, volume pricing and monthly invoicing.
